"The American Alps" - North Cascade Mountains

Friends took me up up the North Cascades Hwy on a beautiful fall day. The mountains were regal and the Skagit River was rollin'.

Las Vegas Trip with BFFs

Kathy, Marcia, and I spent 5 wonderful days in Las Vegas enjoying the sights, sounds, and each other. We ventured out and captured some of the beauty of the state of Nevada, to include Hoover Dam and Valley of the Fire State Park. We saw two great shows, Menopause the Musical and the Donny & Marie Show. We laughed; we listened to tunes from Windsome; and we created some great new memories.

Trip to Neah Bay, Port Angeles, and Sequim

Recently traveled to some beautiful areas in Washington State. My travels took me from the furthest western point - Neah Bay, the Makah Tribal Marina to the Port Angeles waterfront, ending up in Sequim and the New Dungeness Light Station. Oh the beauty abounds!

Late July Snapshots of Beauty

Some of the latest pictures compliments of my neighbor's lily pons and my family. I captured and designed the lilies and give credit to the TC Moar Experience for the other pictures they graciously allowed me to design. Hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed capturing and designing them.

2010 Tribal Canoe Journey

These pictures are from the 2010 Canoe Journey as the canoes entered the Swinomish Channel to land on the Swinomish Reservation. This was one of the legs of the canoe journey which culminates in Neah Bay, WA with the Makah Tribe hosting. Two different bands of canoes from different tribes, including Alaska and Canada following different routes will end together to celebrate. Along the way they stop at the different reservations where the tribes welcome them, feed them, host them for the night(s), and send them on a safe journey to their next destination. It was incredible to watch this tribal tradition.

Mukilteo Light

Capturing lighthouses is a true passion for me. Here are some designer images of one of Washington State's premier lights.
